Riverdale Resorts, situated near Munnar on the banks of Muthirapuzha River, offers a serene and river-friendly retreat. Our resort features 14 well-furnished, river-facing deluxe rooms designed as individual cottages, each equipped with private balconies. Additionally, we offer a multi-cuisine restaurant with a seating capacity of up to 40 guests, a conference hall accommodating 100 attendees, consultation services with male and female Ayurvedic doctors, spa facilities for both ladies and gentlemen, room service, and 24-hour front office and housekeeping assistance.

Honeymoon Packages
Riverdale Munnar Resorts & Spa presents exclusive honeymoon packages crafted for newlyweds, featuring a delightful array of offerings. Our package encompasses a romantic one-night candlelight dinner, enchanting flower or balloon decorations, a delectable fruit basket, almond milk, and a specially crafted honeymoon cake. We aspire to create enduring memories for couples embarking on this significant journey together. Additionally, we offer special anniversary packages for couples seeking to celebrate their milestones. The cost for this customized experience is Rs. 5000.
Children's Policy
We provide complimentary accommodation for a maximum of two children below 5 years of age when they share a room with their parents. Children in this age group do not require an additional bed Children between the ages of 6 and 11 are classified as children and will be charged at child rates.Children aged 12 years and above will be considered and charged as adults.
Reservation Instructions
To ensure a confirmed reservation, we advise you to make payment using Google Pay, UPI, Net Banking, or Cash deposit before the designated cutoff date. Whether you book online, offline, or through travel agents, please confirm your rooms at least 3 days prior to the commencement of your journey. This proactive approach will assist both parties in arranging suitable alternative solutions.In the rare event that we are unable to accommodate a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative lodging and transportation for you.
Check-In Requirements
Kindly ensure that you have a valid photo identification document ready for check-in. We accept Aadhar, passport,and Driving License as valid forms of identification. Guests aged 6 years and above are required to submit one of the mentioned IDs at the time of check-in. Please note that guests without a proper ID card will not be permitted to stay within our resort. Additionally, it is mandatory for foreign nationals to provide the appropriate visa and passport documentation.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on our premises.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
If you have a guaranteed reservation and fail to show up or cancel, the hotel reserves the right to
impose retention charges for the entire duration of your intended stay.
A 50% retention fee will be applied for cancellations made within 15 days of the reservation.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation and for no-shows, a 100% retention fee will be charged.
Check-in time is set at 12:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am.
