Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by rate type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking; guests are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming their reservation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the relevant rate conditions. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refund upon cancellation.
